Our solution aims to handle good ideas in a way that makes adding them a benefit, not extra work. You can submit a new idea within the organization from any device using a web browser or information kiosks located on the organization’s premises.

To simplify access to the database of good ideas, we have added a new authentication method using an RFID chip or card, in addition to password-based authentication. Instead of manually entering login credentials, users simply need to hold their RFID device up to the reader. We can add additional authentication methods upon request. Each user group and each user can have their own default screen set after logging in.

Every good idea goes through an approval process. Once approved, a good idea can be implemented directly or through various levels of kaizen. Creating a kaizen initiative from an approved idea is a matter of just a few clicks. The person who submits the idea can also be the person responsible for the idea, or a leader or member of the project team. This allows them to actively participate in the implementation and evaluation of the benefits of their own idea, thereby earning bonus points for self-fulfillment.

Encouraging the sharing of good ideas is important. Kaizen Tracker allows points to be awarded not only for submitting good ideas, but also for their acceptance and implementation. Employees can later redeem the points they earn for rewards, recognition, or benefits.
