Anyone can submit a proposal—via a kiosk, computer, or mobile device. The system automatically creates a project card from it, assigns a number, and enters it into the approval workflow.

Implementation of a project with a timer.
Once approved, the project will enter the implementation phase. The central timer tracks the project’s total duration and uses different colors to indicate whether the project is on schedule or behind schedule in terms of start, implementation, or completion.
