Each task has a labelTASK-000123, an assignee, a requester, a priority, a status, and a link to a project—or it runs outside the project, if that makes sense. A plan includes the start date, end date, duration, budget, and hourly rate. Actual data is never entered manually—it’s calculated based on the activities. That’s why you always see the plan side by side with the actual data. Anyone can view the data, but only the project team, the project leader, and the administrator can edit it.

The heart of the module. Tap ▶ on a task, and the stopwatch starts running in real time. When you tap ■, the system automatically creates an activity—an accurate record of the work completed, which is immediately reflected in the task’s actual values. The running timers panel displays all your timers at once; the "Still working?" reminder sounds after the set time, and the nighttime auto-stop feature stops any timers you may have forgotten. No timers will accidentally run for hours on end.
