Each improvement suggestion is automatically or “manually” assigned to a responsible person, who decides how the suggestion will be implemented. An improvement suggestion can be implemented directly or through various levels of kaizen.

Rewards and Increasing Engagement
For submitting a suggestion for improvement, its approval, and successful implementation, the submitter receives a reward in the form of points. For exceptionally successful improvement proposals, special point rewards can be manually added. Each user has an overview of their current point balance and the history of earning and redeeming points.
