The story of the Kaizen Tracker app originally began as a simple form designed to handle project planning and approval. Gradually, however, more and more requests for new features came in, until that single form evolved into a complete enterprise information system for managing projects according to the Kaizen methodology.

The first version of Kaizen Tracker was successfully implemented at Whirlpool Corporation in 2017 as the first pilot project at Whirlpool Poprad. Following its successful implementation, the system was later expanded, and the server is currently used by thousands of users across the EMEA region.
